O PLURIPARTIDARISMO E A REPRESENTATIVIDADE SOCIAL NA DEMOCRACIA NACIONAL

Resumo

O presente trabalho versa sobre um tema relevante que é a causa geradora de grande celeuma na sociedade, os partidos políticos como meio de representatividade social e o pluripartidarismo. Para melhor compreensão, o relato é dividido em três capítulos. Na primeira parte será abordada a história dos grupos de representatividade popular, desde o período imperial, seguindo para o período republicano, a Era Vargas, o declínio na ditadura militar e finalmente sua evolução com a chegada da Constituição da República Federativa do Brasil de 1988. O segundo capítulo pretende demonstrar a funcionalidade do sistema eleitoral nacional, ainda neste viés, pretende entrar no instituto da fidelidade partidária, sua caracterização e conceituação. Buscar-se-á também entender os conflitos de classe e o papel dos partidos políticos neste contexto. Por fim, no terceiro capítulo busca-se tentar entender as motivações no que concerne à idéia do pluralismo. O estudo faz uso do método indutivo associado à pesquisa bibliográfica utilizando a produção descritiva. Concluindo-se que o Pluralismo Político assegura aos diversos grupos sociais, instrumentos pelos quais poderão defender suas idéias e concepções sociais.

Abstract: The present work deals with a relevant theme that is the cause of great excitement in society, political parties as a means of social representation and multiparty. For better understanding, the report is divided into three chapters. In the first part will be approached the history of the groups of popular representation, from the imperial period, following to the republican period, Era Vargas, the decline in the military dictatorship and finally its evolution with the arrival of the Constitution of the Federative Republic of Brazil of 1988. The second chapter aims to demonstrate the functionality of the national electoral system, still in this bias, intends to enter into the institute of party loyalty, its characterization and conceptualization. It will also be sought to understand class conflicts and the role of political parties in this context. Finally, in the third chapter we try to understand the motivations regarding the idea of pluralism. The study makes use of the inductive method associated with bibliographic research using descriptive production. Concluding that Political Pluralism assures the various social groups, instruments by which they can defend their ideas and social conceptions.
