Ext. em Foco VL - 10 IS - 1 SE - Artigos DO - 10.33362/ext.v10i1.2900 UR - https://periodicos.uniarp.edu.br/index.php/extensao/article/view/2900 SP - 32-46 AB - <p><strong>RESUMO</strong>: Discutir a importância da psicologia jurídica, bem como a função dos psicólogos no âmbito da justiça auxiliando em questões relativas à saúde mental dos envolvidos em um processo torna-se essencial. Esta dissertação tem como objetivo geral descrever fatores que caracterizam a atuação profissional no campo da Psicologia Jurídica no que se refere à mediação de conflitos em ambientes laborais no meio oeste catarinense. Atrelados a esse objetivo geral, trata-se como objetivos específicos: estudar os comportamentos complexos que ocorreram e que podem vir a ocorrer no ambiente laboral; analisar os motivos desencadeadores de conflitos nas organizações e aprimorar o conhecimento quanto ao papel da psicologia jurídica junto aos envolvidos no ambiente, interligados à integridade individual, cultural e ambiental. Caracteriza-se como de natureza aplicada, com abordagem qualitativa exploratória. Os sujeitos participantes foram um total de 5 (cinco) profissionais da área da Psicologia, com especialização tanto nas áreas Jurídicas, quanto na área Organizacional/do Trabalho. Foi possível identificar que para a legislatura atual, um mediador de conflitos não precisa necessariamente de graduação em Psicologia, muito menos especialização em Jurídica, porém um conhecimento amplo no assunto (adquirido pelo profissional Psicólogo) torna-se um ponto a mais no processo de humanização dos conflitos judiciais.  Saber mediar um conflito, entender ambas as partes envolvidas e chegar à uma resolução que não prejudique nenhuma das partes não é uma tarefa fácil, mediante esse contexto, considera-se a grande importância do Psicólogo como o mediador nesse caso.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Palavras-chave</strong>: Psicologia Jurídica. Psicologia Organizacional.</p><p><strong>ABSTRACT</strong>: Discussing the importance of legal psychology, as well as the role of psychologists in the field of justice, assisting in issues related to the mental health of those involved in a process becomes essential. This dissertation has as general objective to describe factors that characterize the professional performance in the field of Legal Psychology with regard to the mediation of conflicts in work environments in the middle west of Santa Catarina. Linked to this general objective, the following are specific objectives: to study the complex behaviors that have occurred and that may occur in the work environment; analyze the reasons that trigger conflicts in organizations and improve knowledge about the role of legal psychology with those involved in the environment, linked to individual, cultural and environmental integrity. It is characterized as applied in nature, with an exploratory qualitative approach. The participating subjects were a total of 5 (five) professionals in the field of Psychology, with specialization in both the Legal and Organizational/Work areas. It was possible to identify that for the current legislature, a conflict mediator does not necessarily need a degree in Psychology, much less a specialization in Legal, but a broad knowledge on the subject (acquired by the Psychologist professional) becomes an additional point in the humanization process. of legal disputes. Knowing how to mediate a conflict, understanding both parties involved and reaching a resolution that does not harm either party is not an easy task, in this context, it is considered the great importance of the Psychologist as the mediator in this case.</p><p><strong>Keywords</strong>: Juridical Psychology.
