Abstract

The report on the socio-cultural and socio-educational experiences of the UAMI participants demonstrates the activities and interactions experienced during the 2022 school year. These experiences aim to resume normal life after the pandemic period, in which their social activities were limited due to the deprivation of social interaction. However, the main objectives of UAMI is to promote well-being and social well-being, in order to provide a healthy longevity, encouraging active and healthy aging. As of the second half of 2021, we will resume UAMI activities in the municipalities of Caçador, Fraiburgo and Santa Cecília. Following a methodology that involves lectures, practical workshops, and recreational activities, seeking to promote interaction and promotion of health and social well-being. These activities ranged from raising awareness to practical workshops related to health care, social well-being, reading and reflections on series, in addition to socio-educational activities, recreational games, art therapy and knowledge about the environment and sustainability. The objective was to address themes and practices that could contribute to social interaction and integration, health and social well-being. As a positive result, it is expected to have contributed to a better understanding of human interaction with the environment, with an emphasis on health and social well-being, as reported by the participants.
