AVALIAÇÃO DE CIDADES INTELIGENTES E SUSTENTÁVEIS: COMPARAÇÃO DOS INDICADORES BRASILEIROS À LUZ DA LITERATURA
ASSESSMENT OF SMART AND SUSTAINABLE CITIES: COMPARISON OF BRAZILIAN INDICATORS BASED ON LITERATURE
DOI:
https://doi.org/10.33362/visao.v12i1.2942Abstract
This study compares the biggest Brazilian ranking of smart cities, o Connected Smart Cities (CSC), with the ranking of the Sustainable Development Index of Cities - Brazil (IDSC-BR). The results show that the regions best positioned in the CSC are not the ones ranked in the IDSC-BR. Even with this difference in the rankings, one still cannot conclude that the more intelligent Brazilian cities are not also the most sustainable. First, it must analyze the indicators used to evaluate. Thus, the objective of this study is to compare the indexes in these rankings with existing models in the literature that evaluate smart and sustainable cities. For this, a literature review was carried out to identify the main dimensions present in the assessment models. As a result, regarding indicators, a predominance of the use of the Triple Bottom Line (TBL) as the main dimension has been noticed.
