A GERAÇÃO DE NUDES, A PORNOGRAFIA NÃO CONSENSUAL E O PAPEL VITIMOLÓGICO NOS CRIMES CIBERNÉTICOS

Resumo

O presente artigo estuda a pornografia não consensual, sob a perspectiva do preconceito ocasionado a vítima. Objetiva demonstrar que atualmente há um grande preconceito em relação as pessoas que tiveram sua imagem associada a prática sexual na internet. Se apresenta uma das formas de ofensa à honra e a dignidade da pessoa que mais tem aparecido nas mídias nos últimos anos. Salienta-se que vem sendo gradativamente mais constante esse tipo de crime em um âmbito geral. A juventude está interligada dia e noite na rede, onde isso tende a crescer, e geralmente são crimes praticados por jovens que acreditam e nunca serão descobertos, pois há grande dificuldade de localizar o agressor através da Internet. Para o desenvolvimento do presente artigo a Metodologia empregada foi a base lógica indutiva por meio da pesquisa bibliográfica, sendo utilizada ainda as técnicas do referente, categoria e conceito operacional.

THE GENERATION OF NUDES, NON-CONSENSUS PORNOGRAPHY AND THE VITIMOLOGICAL ROLE IN CYBER-CRIME

Abstract: The present article studies nonconsensual pornography, from the perspective of prejudice caused to the victim. It aims to demonstrate that there is currently a great deal of prejudice towards people who have had their image associated with sexual practice on the internet. It presents one of the forms of offense to the honor and dignity of the person who has appeared the most in the media in recent years. It should be noted that this type of crime has been progressively more generally. Youth are interconnected day and night in the network, where this tends to grow, and are usually crimes committed by young people who believe and will never be discovered, as there is great difficulty in locating the aggressor through the Internet. For the development of the present article the Methodology employed was the inductive logic base through the bibliographical research, being still used the techniques of the referent, category and operational concept.
