CULTURA ESCOLAR E CULTURA DA ESCOLA: PRODUÇÃO E REPRODUÇÃO A PARTIR DOS FATORES INTRAESCOLARES

Resumo

Este artigo tem como objetivo investigar como as tensões, novas e antigas
contradições são (re)produzidas na escola pública à medida que
a heterogeneidade adentra a escola e nela permanece, confrontando-se
com a homogeneidade impregnada em seu projeto cultural, historicamente
construído. Para tanto, busca-se nas contribuições de B. Lahire,
J. Ezpeleta e E. Rockwell, Silva, e Bourdieu o entendimento da cultura
escolar, da cultura da escola, das disposições, da história documentada
e não documentada, produzidas no cotidiano escolar e que fazem com
que cada escola se constitua, distinguindo-se das demais ou assemelhando-
se entre si. A análise foi sustentada pelo confronto entre os dados
descritos e os conceitos selecionados das abordagens teóricas eleitas,
em especial as categorias de reprodução, habitus, disposições, cotidiano
escolar e contradição. Concluiu-se que há um investimento de ambas
as escolas na presença do aluno, no acolhimento, na gestão escolar, no
investimento pessoal da equipe diretiva, para que o aluno permaneça
no ambiente escolar, construindo nesse processo a identidade da escola.
Porém, apesar de cada escola possuir sua identidade, a cultura da escola,
criada a partir de seu contexto e sua demanda, ainda assim a cultura
escolar está presente, sustentando-se institucionalmente, produzindo e
reproduzindo tensões, novas e antigas contradições.

School culture, culture of school: production and reproduction from interschool factors

ABSTRACT
This article aims to investigate the tensions, old and new contradictions
are (re)produced in the public school as the heterogeneity enters
school and remains in it, clashing with impregnated homogeneity in
their cultural design, historically constructed. Therefore, it seeks on
the contributions of B. Lahire, J. Ezpeleta and E. Rockwell, Silva, and
Bourdieu’s understanding of school culture, culture of school, the provisions
of documented and undocumented history, produced in everyday
school life and that make each school constituted, distinguishing it
from the others or resembling each other. The analysis was supported
by the confrontation between the data described and concepts selected
the chosen theoretical approaches, in particular the reproduction of
categories, habitus, provisions, daily school and contradiction. It was
concluded that there is an investment of both schools in the presence of
the student, the host school management, personal investment management
team, for the student to remain at school, in the process building
the school’s identity. However, although each school has its identity,
the school culture, which is created from its context and its demand, yet
the school culture is present, supporting it institutionally, producing and
reproducing strains, old and new contradictions
