EDUCAÇÃO E TRABALHO NOSSO DE CADA DIA: DE ESPECIFICIDADE HUMANA À MERCANTILIZAÇÃO

Resumo

O mundo do trabalho e o mundo educação se apresentam como temática de discussão na atualidade.  Neste artigo, delineamos um contexto histórico que apresenta a educação e o trabalho como esferas de especificidade humana, ou seja, o homem intervém na natureza promovendo mudanças em prol da sua própria sobrevivência. Algumas perguntas norteiam este estudo: os modelos de organização do trabalho se relacionam com a configuração do processo educacional? Como se configuram as relações intrapessoais nesse processo? O foco central do artigo é a problematização referente ao mundo do trabalho na sua relação com a educação. Neste sentido, exploramos o conceito de educação como especificidade humana, trazendo como principal autor Paulo Freire e a sua concepção de educação como uma forma de intervenção no mundo. Quando abordada a temática sobre os sentidos do trabalho e da educação, são apresentadas as particularidades de cada uma dessas esferas de atuação humana. Como conclusão, destaca-se a problematização referente à relação existente entre as mudanças ocorridas na organização cientifica do trabalho e na educação.

Education and our everyday work: from human specificity to merchantability

ABSTRACT

The world’s work and education, as well as the relationship between these two spheres, have been presented as a theme of discussion over the years, especially today. It is shown a historical context that depicts the relationship between education and work as spheres of human specificity, that this, man intervenes in nature necessarily making changes for the sake of his survival. Some questions guide this study, such as the work organization models relate to the configuration of the educational process? How to configure the intrapersonal relationships in this process? The central focus of the article is the questioning regarding the world’s work in relation to education. In this sense, the article explores the concept of education as a human specificity bringing about as lead author Freire with his definition of education as a form of intervention in the world. Then, when addressed the issue of the meanings of work and education we show the particularities of each of these spheres of human activity, and ending with the questioning regarding the relationship between the changes in the scientific organization of work and education.
