IMPLANTAÇÃO DO SISTEMA INTERNACIONAL DE CERTIFICAÇÃO LEED COM ÊNFASE EM EFICIÊNCIA ENERGÉTICA EM UM EDIFICIO NO MUNICÍPIO DE CAÇADOR-SC

Resumo

A necessidade de um diferencial nos edifícios, tanto os novos quanto aqueles já prontos há algum tempo, vem fazendo com que as construtoras busquem incorporar atrativos em suas obras para agradar seus clientes, ou ainda trazer uma maior valorização no mercado de seus imóveis. Sendo assim, a certificação em diversas áreas, como por exemplo fatores de sustentabilidade vem sendo buscada. Para esse artigo foi analisado  um edificio na cidade de Caçador, sendo o mesmo estudado por uma empresa especializada em certificação LEED. Ao analisar esse estudo foi possível verificar que obter a certificação não é simples e é necessário um estudo cuidadoso de diversos ângulos.

ABSTRACT

The need for a differential in buildings, both new and those already ready for some time, is causing construction companies to seek attractive incorporate in their work to please their customers, or bring a higher market valuation of its real estate. Therefore, certification in several areas, such as sustainability factors is being sought. For this article was analyzed a building in the town of Hunter, the same being studied by a company specializing in LEED certification. In analyzing this study we found that getting certified is not simple and careful study of different angles is required.
