CRIANÇAS E ADOLECENTES NO CRIME ORGANIZADO: COMO SUCATEAMENTO DAS MEDIDAS SÓCIO EDUCATIVAS CONTRIBUEM PARA O RECRUTAMENTO DE GRANDES FACÇÕES

Resumo

O presente trabalho tem como tema as medidas socioeducativas, vistas as mesmas de maneira concisa, quais as formas de sucateamento que o sistema apresenta atualmente e como as mesmas influenciam de maneira direta para a reincidência e assim para a facilitação as organizações possuem para o recrutamento de jovens para essas grandes facções, potencializando assim, seu potencial ofensivo. Usando do método indutivo, através de legislações e doutrinadores do direito, encontra- se o problema: O sucateamento das medidas socioeducativas contribuem de maneira ativa para o recrutamento de crianças e adolescentes para o crime organizado? De que maneira a mesma é feita?

CHILDREN AND TEENAGERS IN ORGANIZED CRIME: HOW TO SUCCESS THE SOCIO-EDUCATIONAL MEASURES CONTRIBUTE TO THE RECRUITMENT OF GREAT FACTIONS

Abstract: The present work has as its subject the socio-educational measures, seen in the same way in a concise way, what forms of scrapping the system currently presents and how they influence directly for the recidivism and thus for the facilitation the organizations have for the recruitment of young people to these large factions, thus enhancing their offensive potential. Using the inductive method, through legislation and legal scholars, is the problem: Does the scrapping of socio-educational measures actively contribute to the recruitment of children and teenagers into organized crime? In what way is it made?
