A ADOÇÃO DE BOAS PRÁTICAS DE GOVERNANÇA DE PEQUENAS E MÉDIAS EMPRESAS

Resumen

Este estudio examina la adopción de buenas prácticas de gobernanza corporativa y la intensidad de estas prácticas en pequeñas y medianas empresas (PME) familiares. Desenvolvemos y testamos nosso quando teórico utilizando datos de levantamiento de empresas brasileñas e análisis factorial y regressão logístico. Los resultados sugieren que el conocimiento de los beneficios de la gobernanza corporativa se eleva como empresas familiares a empregarem altos niveles de boas prácticas de gobernanza corporativa, además de algunas características de los gerentes se elevan como empresas familiares a empregarem bajos niveles de estas prácticas. Por otro lado, como características dos gestores pueden contribuir para que as empresas familiares empreguen bajos niveles de boas prácticas de gobernanza corporativa. Ampliamos una discusión sobre los antecedentes de las boas prácticas de gobernanza corporativa empregadas en empresas familiares y por que algunas de ellas se intensifican más a la adopción de la gobernanza corporativa de otros. Da mesma forma, ofrecemos una perspectiva más amplia, teórica y empírica de los antecedentes de los mecanismos de gobierno corporativo en empresas familiares y a intensidade dessa adoção. Además, el estudio requiere subsidios para que los gestores tomen decisiones en cuanto a aplicaciones de boas prácticas de gobierno corporativo en empresas familiares y contribui para mejorar los índices de mortalidad de las empresas familiares.
